Multigrain roti (whole-grain blend)
Measured glycemic index 64.7 — medium — from Prev Nutr Food Sci 2020.
GI 64.7 Multigrain roti (whole-grain blend) has a measured glycemic index of 64.7 against glucose as 100 — medium on the standard categories. The tested preparation was described as "Two whole-grain multigrain roti formulations, C1 and C2".
For one roti, about 60 g, carrying about 33.2 g of available carbohydrate, that gives a glycemic load of about 21.5 — high.
Nothing here can diagnose you, and nothing here is a treatment plan. Blood glucose results are interpreted by a doctor alongside your history, your symptoms and a repeat test — a single number on a screen is not a diagnosis. If any reading concerns you, or if you feel unwell, see a doctor rather than a website.

The study reported 63.2 and 66.2 for the two formulations.
Two formulations were tested and reported separately: 63.2 ± 5.45 and 66.2 ± 8.08. The figure shown here is the midpoint of the two published values; the carbohydrate figure is the one reported for formulation C1 (55.4 g/100 g; C2 was 62.3 g/100 g).
Glycemic load arithmetic: 64.7 × 33.2 g ÷ 100 = 21.5. The carbohydrate figure comes from the same study, so the calculation stays inside one dataset.

What this page is not saying
It is not saying multigrain roti (whole-grain blend) is good or bad for blood sugar, and it is not recommending or discouraging it. No food treats diabetes and no food causes it on its own. Meals are eaten in combination, portions differ, and people differ.
If you have diabetes, prediabetes, or a result that worries you, what belongs on your plate is a conversation with a doctor or a registered dietitian who has seen your reports.
